The CHSU Alumni Association is proud to welcome graduates of California Health Sciences University College of Osteopathic Medicine! CHSU alumni are now serving as resident physicians, pharmacists, and other health care providers to serve the Central Valley, California, and beyond.

Degree Verifications, Transcripts and Diploma Ordering – Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar oversees degree verifications, transcripts and diploma ordering. CHSU Alumni may order diplomas and official transcripts for Residencies and Licensing Boards online through Parchment.
Name Change Requests
If your legal name has changed and you want to update that on your diploma, you must have the name change processed prior to ordering the diploma. To do so, submit a Name Change Request form along with 2 forms of identification (evidence of court document required) to the Office of the Registrar.

SONIS Alumni Portal – Office of the Registrar
The SONIS Alumni Portal is your secure portal to manage your University account and provides access to your CHSU student records. You may view your completed courses, official grades, GPA, tax forms and unofficial transcripts. You may update your contact information, residency information, and employment information. You will also find links to ordering official transcripts, requesting a degree verification, and ordering duplicate diplomas.
To Access:
- Go to https://sonis.chsu.edu/alumsect.cfm
- For first login – Your user ID is the alpha numeric prefix of your student email (before the @ symbol). Your initial PIN is your date of birth in the MMDDYY format. Once in the portal, please reset your PIN under Update Info.
- For subsequent logins – You may use the “Login with Microsoft” button instead of entering an ID/PIN. This will be your single sign-on credentials that are used to access your CHSU email.
