CHSU Medical Student Earns Dual Honors for Leadership and Research Excellence at ACP 2025

Likitha Aradhyula, MS, is a fourth-year medical student at the California Health Sciences University College of Osteopathic Medicine (CHSU-COM), who was recently honored for both her leadership and research at the American College of Physicians (ACP) Northern California Region Scientific Meeting 2025.

She received the Medical Student Leadership Award in recognition of her extensive involvement in the ACP Northern California Chapter, including helping organize the 2023–2025 Regional Scientific Meetings, co-founding the ACP Northern California Mentorship Program, and leading the first-ever California IMIG Weekend earlier this year.

In addition, she was awarded Best Medical Student Clinical Vignette for her poster presentation on the first reported successful use of thoracic sympathectomy to prevent post-operative ventricular arrhythmias.
